For weeks, I have intensified my worship in a spirit of Thanksgiving, just thanking my Jesus just for who he is, for what he has done in my life, and what he has brought me through and many in 2020.

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. – Psalms 100:4

You cannot move forward entering The Lord’s gates while still trying to look back holding onto the previous years, whether it be disappointments, hurts, setbacks, and frustrations. I encourage you to think on how you made it through 2020 , being blessed beyond you may even know. The fact that you have survived 2020 is a testament to the purpose God has for you here on Earth to still fulfill in 2021 and beyond.

Don’t let the internet have you thinking that you didn’t accomplish anything in 2020, because you didn’t achieve or attain that car, that job, that house, that mate, or that goal. The achievement is that you are alive! I’ve also been reflecting on the very achievement that there are souls who entered 2020 not knowing Jesus and left 2020 knowing Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior by starting off with repenting of all their sins. I am truly amazed on how God has moved during this pandemic.

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. -Psalms 118:17

This scripture is my MAJOR ACHIEVEMENT for 2020. Because of this testimonial achievement, I am even more bold in the things of God, ready to continue to spiritually grow in God, to continue to be used as a vessel to win souls to Christ, and to continue to bring edification to saints!
